Your instructions are clear and your approach is quite unique – very you – very enjoyable. I especially love somatic yoga as it really helps my mental health. I am a head person, always thinking thinking thinking. Somatic yoga brings me back into my body in a way that is indescribably gentle and thoroughly amazing. I am deeply relaxed by the end of the session and the cloud of depressive fog is lifted. Advantages of online classes are that I don’t have to jump into my car afterwards. Instead I can stay in that relaxed state a little longer. I can also bring along a cup of tea to the lesson! I know many people will have suffered with their mental health during lockdown. Somatic yoga has been a huge help to me and I wish more people knew about it. You should be shouting about this from the rooftops Zoe!
