Life Yoga Sheffield is proud to offer yoga in the workplace.

Life Yoga offers 30 to 45 minute classes to various organisations as a means to promote health and social interaction within the office.

Do you find that you and your colleagues suffer from stiff necks, tiredness, stress and headaches?  Sitting at desks can promote bad posture and spending long periods at desks reduces our range of movement.  All of this could potentially lead to staff sickness.

By taking part in a short lunchtime yoga session we can…

* Clear our minds and give us some space in the middle of the day, by practicing simple breathing exercises and yoga postures – meaning that when we return to our work, we feel refreshed and ready for what life throws at us.

* Get the body moving in a healthy way to reduce stiffness and promote a sense of wellbeing in the body.

* Bring awareness to posture and the way we carry ourselves, so tension and stiffness be reduced or potentially alleviated.

* Get to know our colleagues in a fun and more sociable way.
